DAY 1 USA departure
Our China vacation starts as we board a flight bound for Changshai.
DAY 2 International Date Line

DAY 3 Arrive Changsha
We board a connecting flight at Hong Kong to Changsha. Upon arrival at Changsha, the capital of Hunan, we are met by the tour guide and transferred to the hotel. After dinner, we drive around the city for a fantastic night view.
DAY 4 Changsha – Zhangjiajie
The city tour of Changsha features visits to the Yuelu Academy of Classical Learning and the amazing Mawangdui Tombs Museum. Later in the afternoon we board a flight bound for Zhangjiajie. For dinner we are served the local Tujia Minority Cuisine.
DAY 5 Zhangjiajie
Today, we start with tour to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, the first authorized national forest park in China. Together with Suoxi Valley Nature Reserve and Tianzi Hill Nature Reserve, it makes up the famous Wulingyuan Scenic Area which is acclaimed for its fantastic formations of peaks, crystal clear waters, spectacular karsts caves and the unrivalled high percentage of forest cover, and was listed as a world heritage site in 1 1992. After dinner, we enjoy the entertainment of the Tujia Minority Folklore Show.
DAY 6 Zhangjiajie
Today we continue our sightseeing tour in Zhangjiajie with full day visit to another reserve - Tianzi Hill. Yellow Dragon Cave is a huge limestone cave in which there are two underground rivers, four waterfalls, 13 13 13 13 caverns and countless stalagmites. Tonight we have a chance to enjoy Hunan local Xiang Cuisine for dinner.
DAY 7 Zhangjiajie - Changde - Changsha – Chengdu
Before we head back to Changsha by bus to board a flight bound for Chengdu, we make an excursion to Changte to visit Taohuayuan Scenic Area. Taohuayuan is particularly famous for plum blossom season in April and May. In other seasons Taohuayuan tour will be substituted by Liuyeh Lake. For lunch a local lake cuisine will be served. In Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan Province, we have a chance to taste the famous Medicinal Food for dinner.
DAY 8 Chengdu – Huanglong
We board a flight bound for Huanglong. Upon arrival at Jiuhuang Airport, we transfer to Huanglong, the world natural heritage site, famed for its peculiar karsts landscape and multihued ponds that are set off picturesquely by snow-top mountains, vertical ravines, and vast forests. Enjoy our dinner tonight at hotel. * We will stay overnight at Chengdu if the flight to Jiuhuang Airport is cancelled due to any nature elements. In this case sightseeing tour of Huanglong will be substituded by Chengdu Sanxingdui Museum.
DAY 9 Huanglong – Jiuzhaigou
After finishing sightseeing in Huanglong, we proceed to The “Fairyland” Jiuzhaigou. This is another world natural heritage site. Jiuzhaigou has been known for its natural wonders in terms of colorful waters appearing to be either magically peacock blue or emerald. All those who encounter it are overwhelmed by the breathtaking beauty of its landscape and lakes, springs, waterfalls, streams, rivers and shoals.
DAY 10 Jiuzhaigou
The whole day excursion explores the fantasy of Jiuzhaigou. The tour includes visits to Shuzheng Waterfall, Changhai Lake and the River View Pavilion. In the afternoon, we are entertained by the local folklore dance show while visit the Tibetan Village. For dinner a whole roasted lamb will be served.
DAY 11 Jiuzhaigou - Chengdu – Emeishan
We return to Chengdu by air. Transfer to lunch upon arrival. Later we proceed to Emeishan by bus. Mt. Emei is one of the most famous mountains of Buddhism in China. A cablecar ride takes us up to the Golden Summit. The Golden Summit rises over 3 3,000 meters above sea level. There one may find an advantage point to appreciate sunrise, to view the sea of clouds, the Buddhist lamps and particularly the Buddhist glory which is most wonderful and captivating. Enjoy Emei Vegetarian Dinner at hotel.
DAY 12 Emeishan - Leshan – Emeishan
We take bus from Emeishan to nearby Leshan. The tour of Leshan includes a cruise on Min River, and a view of Leshan Grand Buddha, the largest stone-carved Buddha in the whole world. It’s described as “A mountain emerges as a Buddha, and a Buddha as a mountain.” Finish sightseeing at Leshan, before we take bus back to Emeishan, enjoy the local cuisine - Tofu Banquet for dinner.
DAY 13 Emeishan – Chengdu
Take a motor coach back to Chengdu. On the way our excursion includes visits to the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding, Du Jiang Dam, Wanjiang Tower, Temple of Marquis Wu. For dinner tonight, we are served the famous Sichuan local cuisine, followed by the entertainment of Sichuan Opera. As one of the principal genres of regional drama in China, Sichuan Opera is particularly famous for its unique skills in “ changing countenance”.
DAY 14 Chengdu - Hong Kong – USA
Bid farewell to China as we board our homebound flight to the USA via Hong Kong.
