Day 01 U.S.A - Athens (Greece)
Today by overnight flight to Athens will arrive next day.
Day 02 Athens
After arrival, will start city tour, including the Parthenon’s crowing beauty at top of the acropolis, royal place, palace, Olympic stadium, Etc. Dinner at place enjoys Greek foods.
Day 03 Athens
Today you will have whole day Aegean Sea cruise, will visit Aegina, Poros and Hydra 3 islands.
Day 04 Athens - Corinth - Mikines – Olympia
Today we drive to the bridge across the Corinth canal. Then we visit the remains of the ancient city of Corinth, before arriving at Mikines, to see the beehive tombs, lion gate and royal palace.
Day 05 Olympia - Patras - Nafpaktos – Delphi
After breakfast start Olympia city tour including ancient Olympic. Stadium and temples of Zeus and Hera and also vesting the museum housing praxiteles’ statue of Hermes afternoon head to Patras for a ferry across the gulf of Corinth to the mainland of Greece, Then on through pretty villages to Delphi on the sloes of mighty Mt. Parnassus, home of the oracle.
Day 06 Delphi – Kalambaka
Morning visit the archeological, Museum and Sanctuary of Apollo. Then drive over the Pourmaraki Pass to Lamia, continuing via Trikala to Kalambaka.
Day 07 Kalambaka - Meteora – Athens
Today we take a trip to the incredible Monasteries of Meteora, perched on giant rocks above the town. We visit two of these to admire the beautiful Byzantine frescoes and the views. Overnight at Athens.
Day 08 Athens
Morning drive along the coast of Athens towards the Sounion where we visit the temple of Poseidon. Afternoon you will have half day for leisure.
Day 09 Athens - Istanbul (Turkey)
Early morning flight to Turkey, Istanbul. Arrive in the morning then drive to harbor, visit world famous Bosphores by boat, pass by beautiful castles, and enjoy the view where Europe and Asia mixed.
Day 10 Istanbul - Ankara – Cappadocia
After breakfast at hotel drive to Ankara. Ankara, the capital of Turkey, which has a history that can be dated back 3000 years. Upon arrival in Ankara lunch at Gar Restaurant. After lunch at Gar Restaurant visit the Anatolian Civilisations Museum, which also exhibits the remains of Catalhoyuk, the Neolithic village dating back to 6500 BC. Then visit the Mausoleum of Ataturk, the founder of modern Turkey. Drive to Cappadocia. Dinner and overnight at Cappadocia.
Day 11 Cappadocia
Breakfast at hotel. Sightseeing in this unique corner of the world. Goreme Open-air Museum is full of pink, rose and white tapering columns. The caves were settled in the 4th century as monasteries. Visit some caves in cliffs to see Byzantine frescoes decorating early Christian churches.
Lunch at Peri Tower Hotel. In the afternoon, first visit Kaymakli Underground City; carved out of rock and completely self contained. More than 200 people lived on each of seven floors with the last one 250 feet underground.
The tour also includes the Natural Citadel of Uchisar. Dinner with Belly Dance and Folkloric Show will be served at Evranos Restaurant. Overnight at Cappadocia.
Day 12 Cappadocia - Konya – Pamukkale
Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to Konya. Upon arrival in Konya visit to Mausoleum of Mevlana, the great mystic poet and Islamic spiritual leader, who founded the sect of ''Whirling Dervishes''. Lunch at Kirazli Bahce Restaurant.
Continue to Pamukkale, the cotton fortress, which rises above the fertile Menderes Valley. Hot mineral waters burst from the earth and cascade over steep cliffs forming pools, channels and stalactites. The therapeutic waters here were known for ages.
On the way visit to Aphrodisias, the ancient city dedicated to the goddess of love, Aphrodite, and famous for its sculpture school. Upon arrival in Pamukkale visit of ruins of ancient Hierapolis, the Roman City then, check-in to hotel. Dinner and overnight at Pamukkale.
Day 13 Pamukkale - Efes – Kusadasi
Breakfast at hotel. Drive to Kusadasi. En route visit the ruins of Ephesus, which played a major role in the development of architecture, religions, governmental and economic systems and arts. The temple of Artemis was one of the Seven Wonders of ancient world and centre of pagan religion for 15 centuries.
Lunch at Ipekyolu Restaurant. Here Marc Anthony and Cleopatra once rode in procession, St. Paul preached in the Great Theatre and in a little house outside the city the Virgin Mary spent her last days. Leather Shop will be also visited. Dinner and overnight at Kusadasi.
Day 14 Kusadasi - Pergamun – Canakkale
Breakfast at hotel. In the morning visit Bergama (ancient Pergamon). Parchment was invented here. This was the home town of Galen, renowned doctor and surgeon and site of his temple devoted to healing, the Asclepion. The library once held 200,000 books; all parchment. Pergamon Acropolis will be also visited.
After lunch at Kardesler Restaurant drive to Troy, the immortal city of the legendary Helen of Troy and Trojan Horse, which was destroyed and rebuilt nine times. Dinner and overnight at Canakkale.
Day 15 Pergamun - Troy – Istanbul
Breakfast at hotel. In the morning drive to Istanbul by crossing the Dardanelles Strait. Lunch at Erguvan Restaurant. Upon arrival in Istanbul visits of Eyup Mosque, Blue Mosque and Roman Hippodrome. After the tour transfer to the hotel and check-in. Proceed for dinner at China Plaza Restaurant. Overnight at Istanbul.
Day 16 Istanbul
Breakfast at hotel. FD city tour of Istanbul. AM first visit to Chora Museum then, Bosphorus Cruise by regular ferry along the shores of Europe and Asia. After lunch at Sehir Restaurant visits St.Sophia, Topkapi Palace Museum with Treasury Section and Grand Covered Bazaar. Dinner at China Plaza Restaurant. Overnight at Istanbul.
Day 17 Istanbul - U.S.A
After Breakfast we transfer you to the airport for your return flight to U.S.A.
